Please enclose $5 shipping and handling for all U.S. and Canadian orders.
Orders in the Far East or Pacific are charged a base rate of $20, adjusted up or down for weight (we'll contact you).
Shipping for all other international orders is $15, with additional postage required due to excessive weight (for instance, a shipment of books).
Illinois residents please add 7.5% sales tax.
